November is already upon us and we have been busy for the last months with our exciting new treatments.
We have acquired the Multi-Award wining Dermalux LED Phototherapy.
Dermalux delivers skin specific treatments using combinations of clinically proven Blue, Red and Near Infrared wavelengths to boost collagen and elastin production, improve circulation, reduces redness and irratition and blitz blemish causing bacteria.
Dermalux is heat free, chemical free and does not harm the skin. It has an excellent safety profile and is beneficial for all skin types without downtime.
We have put this wonderful technology together with our Doterra aromatherapy Oils and our fabulous Massages to create a 3 Supreme Experiences
At this moment we have created 3 Supreme Tranquillity Experiences for you to choose from. These can be for yourselves or wonderful gifts for those you Love.

Winter is well and truly upon us, and we are all trying to keep warm inside. We here at the Ivy Rooms are off course looking forward to the spring. We have had lots of interest in our Tranquillity Experiences and happy that our clients enjoyed them too.
Christine has decided study the Doterra essential oils in more detail further her knowledge on Essential oils. So, look out for more exciting combinations of Oils.
Winter is a time for inside jobs to be done and start those things that we choose not to do in the warmer months. We have more time, and it can make us hibernate a little. But when that sun shines and the frost glisters in the light, it is perfect for a beautiful winter walk. Wrapped in big coats warm hats and gloves it is particularly good for our minds, body, and soul.
Not so good for our skin! So, keep that SPF on and protect your face and hands. I notice that my hands do dryer and forgotten in this weather and I often forget to cream them. If your hands are in water often like mine, my lovely creams must sit by my sink for a reminder. Even though I give my nails a rest from the gels I still pop into the salon for a manicure or pedicure to keep my hands and feet feeling soft and healthy.
The Dermalux Light Therapy is perfect for this time of year as is lifts the mood and helps us to feel good in ourselves. Not only that its great for the rebuilding our skin cells for a healthy skin. I love laying back with a bit of music or Georgie massaging my legs and just reliving a time on a beach somewhere. I am treating myself now and again, and this always lifts my soul.
